As the founder of Flight Communications, I partner with businesses and small teams to refine their strategy, sharpen their message, and build the confidence to grow with direction. My work helps leaders step back from day-to-day activity to see the bigger picture and ensure genuine marketing alignment.
My approach blends commercial insight with purpose-driven thinking. With over a decade of experience across sales, marketing, and social impact initiatives, I have supported organisations in strengthening their brands, increasing market share, and creating meaningful community and social impact.
Guided by strategic frameworks such as SOSTAC®, Blue Ocean Strategy, and the principles of nondisruptive creation, I work with clients to explore challenges, uncover opportunities, and design practical approaches to achieving objectives.
Earlier in my career, roles in customer service, B2B sales, and sponsorship provided a strong foundation in client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience. These lessons continue to shape how I build clarity and trust when working collaboratively with clients, agencies, and partners to achieve purposeful, measurable outcomes.
